Since joining the Harmony Place team in 2000 Antonella has held a number of roles from Level 1 front line worker to Program Manager. Since 2010, Antonella has been in the position of Executive Director where she’s used her training and 25 years of experience in the developmental sector to overcome the operational challenges faced by small non-profits and to maximize the opportunities for each and every individual we support.
