Frequently Asked Questions about Harmony Place Support Services and Our Programs

What time do your programs run?

Our hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Our morning programs run from 9:00 -11:30 am, followed by lunch from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm, and our afternoon programs run from 1:00 – 3:30 pm.

What are your fees?

Our monthly fees range from $305.00 – $1,510.00 based on the number or days per week the individual attends our programs.
5 days per week – $1,510.00
4 days per week – $1,205.00
3 days per week – $910.00
2 days per week – $610.00
1 day per week – $305.00

Our daily rate is $70.00 or $35.00 for a ½ day.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes, we currently have a waitlist. The wait time varies based on what programs the individual is interested in and the level of support they require.

How old do I need to be to attend HPSS programs?

Individuals need to be 18 years or older to attend our programs. However, it is encouraged to apply before turning 18 to ensure a smooth transition from high school.

Do you offer respite/drop in?

No, at this time HPSS only provides community participation supports for individuals on predetermined schedule.

Do you offer residential support?

No, at this time HPSS only provides community participation supports.

What is the ratio?

Our ratio varies based on each individual program being offered and the level of support the individual requires. In most cases the ratio is 1:3. We do not offer 1:1 support on a consistent basis.
